Residential Cleaning

Deep Cleaning

Move In/Out Cleaning

Airbnb Cleaning

Pressure Washing

Post-Construction Cleaning

Please note: We do not use eco-friendly or green cleaning products unless specially requested (additional charges may apply).

3. Booking & Payments

All appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, email, or online platform (if applicable).

Full payment is due immediately after service is completed unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital platforms.

Accurate address and access instructions must be provided at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a $50 cancellation fee.

If access is denied at the scheduled time, a rescheduling fee may apply.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure safe entry to the property.

Remove valuable, fragile, or breakable items from cleaning areas.

Notify us of any special concerns (e.g., allergies, damaged surfaces, sensitive areas).

Secure pets and children away from work areas during service.

We are not responsible for damage to surfaces or items that are improperly installed, already broken, or not disclosed.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied:

Notify us within 24 hours of your service.

We'll return to re-clean the area at no additional cost.

After 24 hours, all work is considered accepted and final.

7. Limitation of Liability

Service on time always LLC is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage or defects

Items left in unsafe or unstable conditions

Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses beyond the cost of service

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if:

Conditions are unsafe or unsanitary

Clients behave aggressively, disrespectfully, or threaten staff

Requests fall outside of our offered services or violate legal or ethical guidelines

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information shared with us is used solely for providing services and communications. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with the new effective date.
